The EFCC Bus is a Public Rapid Transit system owned by EFCC Transit for the City of EFCC. It currently has 4 lines that serve the downtown and suburban EFCC areas. This bus system has several designated and stop-on-request stops along the system's routes.

  • [+SBS] is select bus service. This serves select stops based off route color. Orange is Williamsburg, Blue is Central District/Roosevelt Island, Magenta is Cambridge.

The EFCC Subway uses many buses that are found in New York. Some buses date to the 1960s.

Bus Stop Style and Design

The bus stops are of simple construction. They are simple bus shelters that display the name of the bus route and the stop name. Usually, the termini are purpose-built structures that can handle many buses at once.

Depots

There are two bus depots serving the EFCC Bus system. These two depots are

  • 43rd Street Depot - Repairs all bus types, located in the Central District
  • Grand Avenue Depot - Located in Williamsburg and repairs all buses except Prevost X3-45.

Trivia and Fun Facts

  • The B3 is an easter egg refering to Brooklyn as the borough of Williamsburg, in real life is a community in Brooklyn.
  • The M7 is an easter egg refering to Manhattan as the Central District is loosely based off Manhattan.
